Introduction:
Totalidade was formed from various cycling clubs competing in the Portuguese amateur divisions. Many promising youngsters were pulled together lead by Aires Cesário who had dominated the Portuguese amateur scene for many years.

How the Season went:
The team quickly shoot up the ranks by dominating Division 9 upon entry.
With this quick growth the team hired Saichol Sa-ngaphol to compete with Aires Cesário.
A merchandise shop was open and a PR Manager hired.
Free agents were given opportunities during the Season.
Meanwhile many of the younger riders received specialized training, including the Bosnian prospect Dušan Lemic.
From those Átila Caetano showed impressive growth and the team decided to build around him for the future.
Aires Cesário conceded leadership saying "I'll due my best to support Átila Caetano, he's the future of this team."
